Copy-Paste Shouldn't Require Cleanup

You've generated a great response, a clean table, or a useful code block. Now you need it in your document, spreadsheet, or presentation. On most platforms, you copy the text and spend the next few minutes fixing formatting.

Octofy gives you the output in the format you actually need.

Text Copy Formats

Every AI response can be copied in multiple formats:

Plaintext

Clean text with no formatting. Paste it anywhere and it looks exactly as expected. No hidden HTML, no rogue styling.

Markdown

Copy with Markdown formatting preserved. Paste directly into GitHub, Notion, or any Markdown-compatible tool with headings, lists, bold, and code blocks intact.

With formatting

Copy with rich formatting that preserves headings, bold, italics, and lists when pasting into Google Docs, Word, or email.

Table Copy Formats

Tables get their own dedicated copy options:

CSV

Comma-separated values, ready for Excel or Google Sheets. Paste and the data lands in the right cells automatically.

TSV

Tab-separated values for tools that prefer tabs over commas.

Image

Copy the table as a formatted image. Perfect for dropping into presentations where you want the visual but don't need editable data.

Waterfall Copying

Sometimes you don't need the entire response. Waterfall copying lets you select and copy specific parts of a response. Grab just the code block, just the summary paragraph, or just the list of recommendations.

Click the specific section you need, copy it, and move on. No selecting text, no accidentally grabbing the wrong paragraph.

Default Copy Format

Set your preferred copy format once in settings, and every copy action uses it by default. If you always copy as Markdown, set it and forget it. You can still switch formats on individual copies when needed.
